Refund Policy

Advance consultation fees (Fees) paid will be eligible for refund ONLY in case of cancellation made minimum of 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance, will not be eligible for refund and will result in forfeiture of fees paid. 

 

“No Show” (meaning failure on the part of the patient/client to appear for the consultation) will result in forfeiture of fees.

 

There will be no refund after the blood tests / X rays requested, have already been processed/conducted. 

 

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or will be adjusted against future dues if any. 

 

Late or missing credit card refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a credit card refund after 2 weeks, please contact your credit card company.

 

If you have done this, and you still have not received your refund after 2 weeks, please contact us at appointments@kennisha.com or on the landline number 24330400 / 24330500 Monday to Saturday 9 AM to 7 PM.

 

Please note that banks do not work on all Saturdays and public holidays, hence if you call us on a Saturday or a public holiday, we will be able to take up the matter with the bank only on the next working day.
